2024 Davinci resolve grab still greyed out

I recorded in 6k BRAW 12:1 compression. I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. There you can override the default behavior and set the output resolution to HD. This issue is that if the monitor is displaying HD, then when I grab a still it is saved as HD.

This really sucks. I am a Studio user and since version 18 I cannot export on MP4 format because the audio button is greyed out and no audio is exported. If you want do some effects to it, you have to drop an effect onto the png from the left side first. Click on EFFECTS on the left side of the page.and drag it onto the png.
