She or someone else is going to post what they did on their end maybe here or another post. But basically it has to do with the logins and related blocks that may have caused. Main thing is, do some searching and try to correct before you contact them, but if it is TVAPP-00170, you will probably need their help. Don't give up, give them a chance.

Hello, So far, the issue I encountered with Xfinity/stream has not re-occurred. I did find another item with the Roku Channel service that I believe has to do with tracker and ad blocks by Brave, and I can’t say it is a problem with Brave per se, but wanted to make the team aware of it.Dec 10, 2020 · Seems to have resolved itself.
